Hopefully, this winter I'll go back to that silly dance walking I was doing. I really have to get on a regular exercise program. The cutting down on smoking is not being as benificial as I thought and the doctor's expected to my general overall health. I think it was because I'd done all that walking for a year, so I was in better shape. So, clearly I have to get both of these things together.
Not to mention the weight is creeping back on. It's not to what it was, I've cut back on the food, but it will be up to what it was soon if I'm not careful. I don't want that. I don't want to spend 8 hours a day walking like I used to, but I'd like to find a regular routeen for walking.
What I really need to do is to start waking up earlier, before it gets really hot. Only problem with that is that the mornings are when it's cool and if it's been really hot the night before, I just wanna sleep.
Yes, I'm such a wussy! But darn it, I admit it, and that counts for -2 points on the wussy scale, bringing my entire wuss points to 98 instead of 100.
