So, about my only exposure to music is what I own and what I hear at work, which is pumped in Mellow Rock hits, mostly from the 80's. This isn't bad, but most of it I already know.
Sooo, while I have a lot of music on CD, that's been converted to MP3 for walking, I've been walking enough that most of the "good stuff" I've listened to so many times it's getting old.
Here's where you guys come in. Recommend a song for me to walk to. It can be any song from any time period. The only "type" of music I'm going to tell you to steer away from is hard core "gangsta" rap. I can't stand that stuff. Just about anything else goes, I have a wide tollerance.
I just ask that whatever you recommend, don't make it something obscure that I'll never be able to find on Napster or Walmart Music or any of the other download services, okay? Unless, of course, you know where I can get a legal, free, download of the song, then in which case, give me a link in the comments, okay?
What I'm going to do is get some new music, mix a few songs in with my usual stuff every time I make a new "playlist" for my MP3 player. It takes me about 3-4 times listening to a song before I decide if I like it.
And please, just to make things easier, give me the name of the artist too.
Recommend a song I can walk to.
